REFUND AND EXCHANGE

Exchanges are only accepted in cases of damage and must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. The sunglasses and their packaging must be in their original condition. In case of a return, our Non-Refund Policy allows for a credit note to be offered, which expires within 3 months.

If you wish to return or exchange your order, you must bring the item to our office in Dubai. All pre-order items are final sale and NOT eligible for return or exchange.

SHIPMENT

We accept online orders for shipping addresses within the UAE. We deliver your order within 2–4 working days. If you place your order on holidays, your order will be shipped within 3–5 working days.
